Advice for sun and children

When the sun peaks and warms you would like to be outdoors as much as possible. But there are some things or tips that may be useful to think about. Because we all want to play and hang out together.

Children up to one year

Remember to protect children under one year for the sun, as they are very sensitive to direct sunlight. Do not forget that even in the shade there is some UV radiation and even there you need to think a bit. Dress the child in thin clothes that cover the entire body and sun hat. Keep the child in shade or indoors when the sun is strongest, between 11 and 15 o'clock. Protect the skin from children who have begun to crawl or walk by using sunscreen with sunscreen factor 30 or higher on those parts of the body that are not covered with clothing. It's not easy to keep the moving ones in the shade. If possible, hold as much as possible in the shade. Do not place the stroller in direct sunlight. It can get very hot under the back cover and use mosquito nets.

Children older than one year

Even children older than one-year need protection from UV radiation. Do not forget about liquid.

Use clothing and sun hat / cap as sunscreen.
Use sunscreen for those parts of the body that are not covered by clothing.
Avoid being in direct sunlight between 11am and 15pm, as the sun is strongest.
