When will I know my delivery is on its way?
Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse, we will send a delivery confirmation by email with tracking number / package ID. By clicking the tracking link in the delivery confirmation, you will be directed to the tracking page where you will be able to track your parcel.

I received the wrong item. How do I?
If you received the wrong product, we would like you to contact us. You can call in on the phone: +468-7582882 or e-mail; email@example.com
We will send the correct item to you immediately. You will receive a return slip for the incorrect item, and we will help you.
How can I be sure that you have received my order?
When your order has been registered with us, you will automatically be taken to our order confirmation page. You will also receive a confirmation email, usually within a few minutes. Please check that all the information you entered is correct. We disclaim any technical problems from third parties.

I have changed my mind. Can I cancel an order?

Can I order to another recipient?
A product from us is an appreciated gift. Do you wish to order an order that is to be delivered to a different address than the one you are registered to. Then select the Card payment option at checkout. When "pay by card" is selected at checkout, you can correct the recipient's name and address, as well as email and phone for notification.
How do I make a return?
If you wish to return your item, you will recive a returnform in your parcel.
1. Fill in the form included in your package.
2. Put the completed form in the package, customer outside of sweden pay the return. Please save your tracking number.
3. When your return arrives at us, it is processed and a refund is made. Note that return processing can take up to 20 days. We high seasons and SALE returns can take up to 30 days. We handle returns on a first-come, first-served basis.
You of course have the right to open the packaging to take a closer look at the product. The item must be returned in substantially unchanged condition and in its original packaging. For hygienic reasons, it is important that you try on underwear and that the sticker should remain on when returning.
In the Klarna App, you can report a return or extend your payment date. You can also choose to pay your order in installments for the items you chose to keep.
We cannot offer exchanges, but we recommend a new purchase. In the event of a wrong delivery, please email email@example.com so that we can help you in the best way.
Refund on return?
Once your return is handled by us, we will update your invoice/payment. Please note that the amount refunded is minus the return cost.
If you have chosen to pay by card/direct payment, the money will be deposited into the card/account you used for the purchase within approx. 2-3 banking days after the handling of your return has been created. You can see your updated amount at Klarna.se or via their app. If you have any questions, you are welcome to contact us.
How do I make a claim on a product?
If you have an item that you are not satisfied with and purchased on the webshop, please contact customer service and email a picture and clear information about why you are not satisfied with your Geggamoja product.
Enter the order number when contacting customer service. You can reach customer service fastest via firstname.lastname@example.org. If you bought one of ours from a retailer, we will refer you to the place of purchase and they will help you.
Promotions & Prices
I can't get my discount code to work. Why?
There can be many reasons why a discount code can no longer be activated. Here are the most common reasons.
1. You may have used the code before, our codes are valid at one time of purchase.
2. You have added goods to the shopping cart, activated the code, but then had problems with the payment. Then the code has already been used and we ask you to contact email@example.com and you will get help.
3. Does the code apply to the products you have in the shopping cart? Our codes do not apply to already discounted products. If you have a code that applies to discounted goods, it will be communicated. Marketing via SMS does not apply to discounted goods if it is not communicated. that the code applies to discounted goods.

How do I buy a gift card?
Sometimes it can be difficult to decide. Then buy a gift card from us!
The gift cards are available in the following denominations. 25€ 35€ 50€ 100€.
After you buy a gift card, you will receive a code via email.
The code is then entered at checkout. The gift card code also works after a completed purchase if there is money left. The sum is then reduced to the current value.

What payment methods does Geggamoja offer?
Together with Klarna Bank AB, Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer the following payment options where the payment is made directly to Klarna: Pay directly, Pay later. Which payment methods Klarna offers you as a customer will be visible in the checkout.
Where is my inovice?
Your invoice is always emailed to the email address you provided at checkout. The sender is "Klarna", which is our invoice partner. The invoice will be emailed to you once we have sent your order from our warehouse.
I have problem with my credit card.
If you experience problems with ordering on our website, it may be because you are trying to pay with a card issuer or payment method that we currently do not support. If none of these are applicable, please check with your bank to make sure your card supports international purchases.

What is organic in your range?
Most of Geggamoja's children's clothing is made of organic cotton and sustainable materials that are certified by GOTS. GOTS stands for Global Organic Textile Standard. Geggamoja is one of the few Swedish children's clothing companies in Sweden that is certified by GOTS and is annually audited by an independent third party.
GOTS sets requirements for the entire manufacturing process, cultivation, harvesting, manufacturing and packaging. If you want to read more, please visit www.global-standard.org. Other sustainable products are made from sustainable materials such as organic cotton, recycled polyester etc.
How do I wash your clothes?
Det är viktigt att tvätta på rätt sätt – både för att bevara plaggens livslängd och för att vara snäll mot miljön.
Geggamojas kläder tvättas bäst i 40 grader, torktumla inte plaggen. Kläder tillverkade i bomull/bambu har ca 5% krympmån.
Temperaturen som är angiven i plaggets tvättråd, är en riktlinje för vad plagget tål att tvättas i, men inte ett måste för att plagget ska blir rent. Oftast är inte plagget smutsigare än att du kan tvätta i lägre temperatur än vad som står på tvättrådsetiketten. Att tvätta plaggen i lägre temperaturer är mer skonsamt för plagget och miljön. Det går åt mindre energi vid tvätt i lägre temperaturer, och plaggets material och färger håller bättre.
Hur tvättar man Kashmirplagg bäst?
Tvätta gärna plagget för hand och använd alltid fintvätt/ullprogram utan centrifugering vid maskintvätt. Använd inte sköljmedel och aldrig vatten med värme över 30 grader. Ett kashmirplagg ska aldrig vridas, pressa/tryck istället försiktigt när du tvättar det. Kashmirplagg tenderar att töja sig om man hänger upp det för torkning, därför ska plagget alltid plantorka. What are the sizes of your clothes?
Our clothes are spacious in sizes and we offer double sizes. Our design and measurements are adapted for double sizes.
Children's clothing should fit nicely and comfortably so that children can play freely. Therefore, our jeans and trousers often have adjustable elastic at the waist. More information and size guides can be found under each garment.
