Terms and conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed on www.geggamoja.com. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Please read these terms and conditions carefully as they contain important information. Are you under 18 Years? If you are under 18 you must have parental permission to order from us. 

 

1. Return Policy

We are not satisfied until you are! You have full return and exchange in 14 days. You have the right to open the packaging to look at the goods. ( We dont accept swimwear, underwear and giftcards in return) The item must be returned in essentially unaltered condition. Time for the right of return is 14 days and the customer pays for return postage. Please note: You can not return, underwear and swimwear.
To return an item, do the following:
1. Fill in this return form
2. Add the completed form and the goods at the post.
3. Refunds sent to: GEGGAMOJA C/O Dreamlogistics Box 195 56624 HABO- SWEDEN
4. The customer pays for the return postage.
5. Once your return come in to us is treated promptly.

NOTE! Do not send REK or cash on delivery. These items will be returned to you

 

2. Delivery & Freight

Orders are being shipped by diffrent services depending on where you live. We use, UPS, DHL, Bring and swedish postal service.

Your order will come directly in your mailbox if its a small parcel, if it is a slightly larger order it will be delivered to the nearest delivery point.

We always strive to deliver your order as soon as possible. Deliver usually being sent from our warehouse within 1-2 business days after you received your order confirmation and can be expected within 5 business days. If we are able to deliver your order faster, we do it of course. During sale and promotion periods delivery might take a little longer than usual.

Currently we send to most countries, but it can happen that we do not send to some countries outside the EU. If you have a question whether we send to a particular place or not, so please contact our customer service at kundtjanst@geggamoja.com we will come back with a prompt response. If you live outside of EU- Please note that customs cost can occur outside the EU .

 

3. Delays and changes

In case of delay, You are entitled to cancel the order at no additional cost , if you do not agree a new delivery. If you wish to cancel your purchase due to delayed delivery and have pre-paid for your items , we will refund the money into your account. Placed order can not be canceled. If a product that is out of stock due to a stock error, Geggamoja has the right to deliver remaining products.

 

4. Unclaimed pachage

If the customer does not pick up their goods at the delivery location GEGGAMOJA has the right to charge the customer 20 Euro for fee, return shipping and handling charges.

 

5. Products in stock

All products that can be bought on the website are in stock. We always strive to have the right balance information on our webshop. Should the balance not be correct, we have the right to: 1. cancel your purchase 2. Offer an equivalent product for the same amount.
We aim for all products to be priced according to the price list. We have the right to cancel a purchase if the wrong price arises on the website.

 

6. Giftcard

If you have recived a giftcard- use the code in the cart.

 

7. Campaigns & Duscounts

Promotions with reduced price are limited. Campaigns cannot normally be combined and any coupon code are only valid once per customer and purchase. For purchases for gift or discount considered the value of the gift / discount as a general discount on the full amount at time of purchase. If any part of the purchase exchanged and / or returned valued returned goods to the purchase price minus its proportionate share of the overall discount. For exchanges, no recount of the original foundation of the gift or discount. Promotions and any coupon codes are available only for new purchases via the webshop and cannot be obtained retroactively. Promotions cannot be transferred to another purchase and not be counted when switching to another product.

 

8. Reclaims

We follows the Swedish law “Konsumentköpslagen”, (visit www.konsumentverket.se). Always contact us at +46 87582882 or kundtjanst@geggamoja.com prior to sending the item back, please send us photo and a explenation why you have a compain. The item must be returned with an explanation of the damage or defect. Dont send back any compaints before contacting our support

 

9. Repayment

When a refund is refunded your money within 30 days whether you paid by card.

 

10. Pictures

We cannot guarantee that the images reflect the products exact color. A slight color difference may occur depending on the type of monitor and resolution you have. Our goal is to always have an updated website.

 

11. Processing personal data

At Geggamoja we protect your personal integrity and always strive for a high level of data protection (for example, we would never sell your personal data to another company).
